Diamond "Diam" Mine is an unimposing, quiet man from Lusanne, Wintervale. Well-spoken and skilled in the art of sleight-of-hand, Diam never reportedly has much of interest going on that anyone knows about. Though mostly keeping to himself about his personal life, he ventures out of the country often and seems to at least have a high number of friends. Has reportedly been seen at Dovreisi Castle a number of times, but there's no other evidence to connect him to Nola Dovreisi or the Court of the Frozen Heart.

A childhood friend of Harmony Killanen. Diam always kept an eye on her when she would try to go off on adventures in the snow, and saved her life from various dangers a number of times. She did, eventually, manage to repay these acts when rescuing him and a number of others from certain death at the hands of Donovan Fugue.
