A shy and uncertain young girl from Torrine. She's the least human of Liam's daughters - yet another failed attempt at creating a modern Patchwork - but as she almost never leaves the lab, no one has really seen enough of her to critique her appearance. She spends most of her time with Liam Burns, her "father", and assists him with both research and invention where she can.
Unlike her sisters Vara and Kara, Eleanor possesses no magical or musical abilities and is unable to draw energy from the Beyond - the farthest from the three in comparison to a true Patchwork. Unlike them, however, Eleanor has major magical immunity - apparently able to withstand spells from even the most powerful casters in Torrine.
An error in her programming causes her to speak with a stutter - something she's fairly self-conscious about. Despite Liam's best attempts to correct it, he hasn't been able to find a solution just yet.
