The leader of the Irotori tribe in Violl's Garden. A bluefeather Irotori, she took up the mantle to lead the tribe at a young age and oversaw its growth - it’s mainly thanks to her that their numbers haven’t dwindled any further than they already would have. She's cold to most outsiders on sight - but if you can get through to her, there's no member of the tribe more open or welcoming than Sirra herself.
